After staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites properties across the US for the past few years, my family and I agreed this is the best one we’ve tried. It’s conveniently located near Trader Joes and Costco in Prescott. The property is clean, very nice, and nicely updated, with good amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were both very clean. Our room was in great shape and stocked with towels and everything else we needed. Service was friendly and great, a credit to the employees and management. Thank you, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We chose this place for its affordable price and convenient access to restaurants, and would absolutely come back. It’s also a nice drive to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Our two queen room, lobby, patio, and indoor pool area were clean and welcoming. The room was quiet too, with no loud guests next door or above us. Staff were friendly from the cleaning ladies to the lobby manager. There were fresh cookies in the evening and a 24hr touchscreen coffee and tea station in the lobby. The small shop area was well stocked with snacks, cup of noodles, drinks, ice cream, Tylenol and more.

I’ve stayed at more than 30 Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties around the country as an IHG member, and this one is the BEST. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and breakfast was really nice. The rooms felt almost new and were clean. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a big hit with my kid, especially since the water was warm and super clean. There were neatly folded towels on every table in the pool area, and the wifi was great. Everything was just perfect here. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area. Management is doing a wonderful job.

It’s in a convenient spot, and the breakfast was nice. The room, service, pool, and jacuzzi were all excellent. Everything was very clean, which matters a lot to me. I highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are always very clean, and the staff are consistently nice and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. I always enjoy coming back to the Holiday Inn Express Prescott. There’s a nice breakfast in the morning, and freshly bakes hot chocolate chip cookies in the evening.
