Sian got us into a room fast even though the scheduling mix-up was ours. She was juggling several guest checkouts and cleaning the breakfast area at the same time. Really impressive.

I was told I'd owe $700 for a supposedly damaged mattress in my first room, even though I hadn't spilled anything on the bed. It felt like payback for reporting bed bugs. Nick, the manager, even suggested it was because I'd "wasted food," which made no sense. The bed bugs were bad enough, but after I reported them I waited more than eight hours, with excuses, before they moved me to another room. I felt punished for speaking up instead of having my health and safety taken seriously. Charging $700 without proof of actual damage is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this Holiday Inn. If fairness, honesty, and basic cleanliness matter to you, look elsewhere.

Elizabeth made me feel at home with her warmth and professionalism. Sian is new, but already pays close attention to details and clearly cares about guest satisfaction. Together they made my stay much better. I'd gladly recommend them for leadership positions, like front office manager. Their hospitality and dedication deserve recognition.

I'm here every month for client visits. The hotel is right on the highway, which feels very safe, and they clean the room and replace the towels daily. The service is great, and the breakfasts are awesome. I'd highly recommend staying here.
