The location was a real plus, within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and shops. We stayed four days for a girls’ trip in wine country, in a queen suite with a kitchenette. It had a new floor and remodeled bathroom, and the bed was comfortable with fresh linens. The kitchenette was bare, but having a sink, small fridge, and microwave was nice. Outside was clean, maintained, and quiet despite being next to the road. There’s also a small grassy spot with a fireplace. The owner lives on site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Rates were reasonable.

The outside isn’t much to look at, but inside it’s a great little hotel: very clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service. My only reason for giving it four stars is that blackout curtains would be useful.

Room #11 was comfortable, exceptionally clean, updated, and convenient. We were very pleased with it and would definitely come back. The price was reasonable too.

I stayed for two weeks and found the place very run down. I couldn't reach anyone when I needed something, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and planned to stay two more weeks. When we arrived, the office was empty. We called the number and used the ring system; they answered and immediately hung up. We called back, thinking it was an accident, and they yelled at us not to call that number before hanging up again. Phone service in the hotel was very poor, and there was no WiFi like they said. You’d be better off at another hotel that doesn’t overcharge for what you get.

It’s an old roadside motel that’s been redone, with a very nice room and bathroom. The AC was rather loud, but in the middle of wine country, it worked nicely for a night.
