Moffett House Inn

Craig had tea, coffee, juice, and fruit ready for guests at 8am. Bikes are free to borrow, and the nearby National Seashore is great to explore by bike. Moffett House also has an arrangement with a nearby parking lot at a reasonable price. Craig is an excellent host, and the house is well located and in good condition. We’d definitely return.

Provincetown in December is worth experiencing. Not many shops were open, but shopping wasn’t why we came. We wanted to relax, eat, and drink, and we did all of that within walking distance. Looking forward to another winter escape to the Cape. My wife and I stayed this past weekend. The room was clean and cozy, and the young men staffing the house were friendly and helpful.

Our room had a view of the Provincetown Monument through the skylight. The Moffett House is a hidden gem, with a lovely garden and a beautiful interior full of live plants and blooming orchids. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return.

The kitchen and other common spaces were useful, and the location is perfect: quiet despite being near the main street. Russ is available, but the two men managing the house aren’t always there. The free breakfast amounts to coffee and a few pieces of fruit, and there’s no helmet for the bikes. The walls are thin, so you can hear noisy guests, and the towels provided are very, very small. We thought the price was reasonable, though a little high for the room size and services offered.
