The Rose Garden Apartment on Center Street has become our new favorite. We usually stay at the Prince Albert Guest House, but this time we were bringing our large dogs, and Paul (the Owner) suggested it. The courtyard let the dogs run around and do their thing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, which saved us a ton. It worked perfectly for us. We’ll definitely be back.

The front patio was a lovely spot for breakfast and people watching, and we enjoyed warming up by its fire pit on a couple of cool evenings. There’s another patio behind the house, too. The continental breakfast had plenty to choose from, including coffee, tea, juice, bagels, English muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh berries, and more. Our room was clean, with a Keurig and fridge, and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. Check-in and checkout were simple and organized. We stayed five nights, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted in town, right across from the Boat Slip. The other guests were friendly and personable. A happy hour at the guest house might be a nice way to give people a chance to socialize in the evening. We’re looking forward to returning and would recommend the Prince Albert Guest House.

Room #9 was quiet and cool, so our two small dogs slept while my wife and I enjoyed P'Town. We had a great three-day stay. The inn puts out a very nice breakfast and also has an afternoon happy hour. It’s just a short walk to anything on Commercial St, which made the location excellent.

Room 2 had a lovely sunroom with screened windows, where I lost track of how much time I spent. It was spacious, with amazing views, its own full bathroom, an in-room refrigerator, and a butler pantry. I stayed for a week in July and it was absolutely perfect. Housekeeping was very nice and cleaned thoroughly every day. I hope I can stay again.

I come to Provincetown every September, and after years at another house down the street, I needed a new place when the owner retired and the new owners completely changed its vibe. Someone recommended the Prince Albert, and what a joy it’s been. The rooms are big, there’s a private bath and breakfast, and the staff are like your moms away from home. They keep the house spotless.
