We'd definitely come back for another vacation. During our week at Harbor Hill, the staff made sure we were comfortable and happy with our rooms and surroundings, handling every detail with a positive, can-do attitude. Everything was very clean and well appointed, and we loved the picturesque views. The location worked perfectly for us, with places we wanted to go within walking distance. Special thanks to Danielle for making our stay so wonderful.

The rooms were clean and appealing, and the staff were so friendly that they insisted on bringing our bags in when we arrived. Harbor Hill is close enough to town for a short walk, but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. The beach is also a short walk away. I'd stay here every year if I could.

Harbor Hill worked really well for my family and me. The staff are nice, and the rooms have a comfortable amount of space. With both the beach and Commercial st nearby, there's plenty to do. Probably the best place to stay.

Once we found our unit, there weren't any sheets for the pullout couch, and the sheets on the other bed were stained. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter on the pullout. Finding the unit in the first place was hard because the email didn't give proper instructions. The managers were in Boston when we called and couldn't help. This place is old, outdated and needs serious work. I've never stayed somewhere with such bad managers or such an awful atmosphere.
