Quality Inn Pulaski

Since the remodel, the hotel feels well worth top marks for comfort and quality. Our room was roomy, spotless, and bright, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the free continental breakfast. The staff made a real effort to keep everyone comfortable and happy. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Pulaski.

Mr. Ravi patel made check-in one of my best experiences of the New Year at this location. He went the extra mile, made me feel welcome and right at home, and gave me great service. Thanks so much, Mr. Ravi, for making my stay such a positive one.

This was my second stay for work, and the towels had stains and looked dingy. The room also smelled like smoke when I first checked in. The air conditioner only worked now and then, so I asked the woman at the desk to send someone to fix it. She asked if I could wait an hour. I said no, and she moved me, but the AC in the second room worked for only a couple of hours too. When I called back and explained that this was already my second room, the man told me to call Comfort and complain. The sausages never taste fresh to me, as if they’re leftovers from previous days. If I hadn’t needed a shower, I would’ve slept in my car.

The shower at least had water, but the rest of the stay was miserable. The bed creaked loudly with even a small movement, and once we finally fell asleep, the smoke detector battery died. The breakfast and its attendant were awful. The sausage tasted so questionable that I joked it might be cat meat. The employees were rude too.
