I was here for about a month and had a great stay. The spacious room and friendly front desk were both nice, and breakfast had a good range of choices, including waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit, and more. There’s a solid selection of gym equipment. Laundry is on site, though each load costs about $2.50. The shopping center is 7-8 minutes away, with a bowling alley and food nearby, and the highway is a good 10-minute drive. The pool was out of service, but I’d still give the stay a 9/10 and would definitely stop by again.
10/10
The staff were helpful and professional, and breakfast was good. I booked online for a work conference and got a great price. The hotel had recently been painted and updated.
10/10
Cozy room, welcoming feel, and kind staff. I really enjoyed my stay here.
2/10
The pool was out of order, and the bathroom had mold everywhere, plus something disgusting in the wall. Just five minutes after I checked in, someone walked into my room and said they’d been given that room. I checked out and went to another hotel. Don’t stay here.
2/10
We were told the hotel had been under new management for the past three weeks. It was absolutely disgusting, filthy, full of bugs, and smelled atrocious. The near-empty parking lot when you pull in makes sense. The manager lies and won’t refund your money. We’ve been waiting 14 days for a refund that was supposed to come more than a week ago. After several calls and emails, we’re taking it up with corporate. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
