I enjoyed having balconies in every room, and I could easily see my car from my window. The room was clean, and breakfast was included and satisfactory. I had eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and a pastry. Staff were professional and polite, and customer service was great. It's a non-smoking hotel, though it seems that wasn't always the case. Good value overall.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Service was excellent, and I'd recommend staying here while traveling. The room itself was okay, but could use some updating. The wallpaper and ceiling paint were peeling, the lighting needs work, and it needs outlets with USB charging.

My husband and I really didn't want to leave. The bed was comfortable, the room smelled lovely the whole time, and everything was very clean. The staff were so friendly and let me check in an hour early. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, potatoes, changing breakfast meats, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, pastries, muffins, English muffins, bagels, coffee, and orange and apple juice. Everything was neatly presented, and staff kept the counters clean and the food stocked. We've spent the past few months traveling and staying at hotels while getting settled in North Carolina, and this is one of our favorites by far. If they had an affordable weekly rate, I'd stay until we found our home. Highly recommend!

The room smelled bad, so we bought an air freshener. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, and ceiling paint was peeling and hanging down. Bugs scurried across the controls when we opened the heating and cooling unit. The hallway entry door was damaged, and the elevator access door was never shut. We were there four nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the free breakfast was the best we've ever had on the road. Aide made the best pan-fried potatoes, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Everything was clean and stocked, and she worked constantly for the tired travelers. Well done, Aide!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The room was spacious and clean, the location made it a quick drive to nearly anywhere we needed to go, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use a little maintenance: the showerhead worked, but we couldn't change its spray setting, and the toilet wobbled. I'd still absolutely recommend this hotel.
