Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

We slept comfortably and enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the room was. The staff were friendly and very nice, and I appreciated the shuttle service. Carl was patient and such a nice guy. He drove me to the mall and to a restaurant near the hotel so I could pick up lunch. Excellent service, thank you very much!

The rooms were clean and looked more updated, and the staff were amazing. Getting into the hotel was the one hassle. Because of where it sits, we had to make a U-turn at the light; there’s no median opening to turn through.

We overslept and missed breakfast, so I can’t say how it was, lol. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was roomy and clean, and customer service was great.

Jenn, the manager, called a couple of weeks later and was so kind and helpful on the phone. She really seemed to care about what I thought, which is why I changed my rating to five. Not many places follow up like that anymore. Before the call, I’d have put the stay around 4.5 out of 5. The staff on site were super friendly and my suite was nice and clean, but the heat wasn’t working when temperatures were in the low 50s. I bought a portable heater, though the suite was so big that it barely helped. The thermostat also seemed faulty and showed readings that didn’t match the actual temperature. At one point it said 86 degrees while my own thermostat read 60.
