Belvita at the desk made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed, and suggested places around town we might enjoy. Whenever a problem came up, she and the staff fixed it right away. The hotel was the cleanest, nicest-looking, and most accommodating I've ever visited. It isn't the fanciest, but for me it's the best overall. Breakfast was very good, and coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea were available all day during our winter visit. Hands down, the best hotel experience of my life!

Shanett was really nice and informative, and the free breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. The hotel suited our trip, since my wife and I wanted to go out, but be prepared for weekend noise. It's a popular nightlife area, with lots of young people around the clubs and in the way at bars, and things stayed loud until about 3 or 4 a.m. The garage had plenty of spaces at all hours and was perfectly fine, but the pricing is odd. The lot's daily maximum is $20, yet hotel guests pay a flat $30 a day. I've never paid that much for hotel parking, and it doesn't make much sense. Great hotel otherwise, just know what the weekend atmosphere is like.

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean and large, the location was good, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of nightlife within walking distance. From the sixth floor, we couldn't hear any of it. If needed, there are white noise machines and earplugs to help with sleep.

We came to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, but the noise from drunk partygoers and street traffic kept us awake most of the night. The hotel is surrounded by around 40 bars. When we asked for a late checkout the next morning, we were told it would cost another $15 per hour. Parking in the hotel garage is also $30 a day. If you're hoping for a romantic Raleigh getaway, this isn't the hotel I'd choose.
