The bed was really comfortable, and getting a later checkout was helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, the service was great, and breakfast tasted good. The location made it easy to shop and find food. From the fresh, clean smell as soon as we walked in to the memorable stay itself, we had a great first visit to this Hampton Inn. We'll definitely return. Thanks!

We picked this hotel after reading strong reviews and used points for three nights while in town for a youth hockey tournament. The location suited our trip, and I had my service dog with me without any issues, which I appreciated. Still, several disruptions made the stay frustrating. At 1:30 a.m. someone called our room and hung up as soon as we answered, interrupting our sleep, especially tough with kids along. The fire alarm went off multiple times later that morning. It didn't seem like an emergency, but it was annoying and disruptive. The TV also kept losing its signal during the weekend when we were trying to watch the Olympics. I didn't use breakfast or the indoor pool, so I can't comment on those. As a Hilton Diamond member, I'll likely look at other places next time we're in town.

The room was spotless, which I especially appreciate after working closely with housekeeping teams. Their attention to cleanliness really showed. Nicole checked us in efficiently and was helpful when I asked about a pack and play, which was a relief. Andrew was prompt for the airport pickup and very friendly, making transport hassle-free. Josh was super accommodating and helped me get my phone back after I left it in the shuttle. Highly recommend!

Our room was phenomenally clean, with fresh air and soft beds and pillows. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the hotel decor was beautiful, nicer than a typical Hampton. Shay, the hostess, was amazing and deserves praise for her front desk work. She offered every kindness and amenity to travelers with a smile and so much enthusiasm, and even smiled and waved for a photo. Incredible customer service. A memorable stay.

The staff made a great impression, greeting us with a smile every time we interacted. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the airport and has prompt shuttle service, plus plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We'll absolutely return on our next visit to the Raleigh/Durham area.
