Be careful to get a printed final bill and check it before you leave. I paid Expedia in full for three rooms for my family, booked for 1/8 - 1/11/26, and was told at checkout that each had a zero balance. After I got home, the hotel charged $14.49 to each room, $43.47 total. They called it a service fee but couldn't explain what it covered or why it was due after full payment. I sent Expedia the documents, and they emailed me that the hotel hadn't responded. This franchise location has, in my view, handled the charges unethically. I plan to report the overcharge to Holiday Inn Corporate, and will update this if anything changes. One room, 330, also had loose sink and tub faucets, an odor, worn carpet, and old furniture. It needs remodeling. Front office staff were courteous, but the back office wasn't helpful. I felt they would keep erroneous charges and leave you without help afterward. Buyer beware.

The water pressure was extremely weak, and every shower we tried was freezing cold. At checkout I told the staff, who said, “Yes, we have a problem with hot water here.” They didn't try to fix it. That response makes it sound like a known issue management won't address. There are plenty of nearby places, and I'd strongly suggest choosing one of them.

I spend most of the year in hotels and usually pick IHG, so I know what I expect from a basic stay. This place didn't meet that standard, and I wish I'd booked somewhere else. The room showed wear, including peeling wallpaper. The heating and AC unit was loud enough to disturb sleep, water pressure was poor, and hot water ran out much too soon. Of around forty TV channels, only fifteen worked, and some of those had glitches. At check-in, nobody mentioned breakfast or what amenities were available, so the service felt hands-off. If you just need somewhere to sleep and can put up with fixable issues, it may do. It's above a budget roadside option, though guests who need a dependable hot shower may not agree. I hope management takes care of maintenance and gives clearer information at the front desk, so other guests don't run into the same avoidable frustrations.

The area felt a little sketchy, and there were strange elevator flyers about someone delivering alcoholic drinks. A visiting soccer group of adolescent boys trashed the lobby while their chaperones did nothing. The attendants were left to clean up, and even that was minimal. On the plus side, my room was clean, breakfast was decent, the laundry room was accessible, and the hotel is close to the airport.
