The staff made the stay at The Westin Mission Hills in Palm Springs feel special. Everyone we met was warm, professional and greeted us with a real smile. The pool area was lovely and well kept, a great place to enjoy the Palm Springs sun. Our room was spotless, fresh and so well maintained that every appliance seemed to shine like it had just come out of the box. Even the barbecue looked new. The room smelled clean and welcoming as soon as we opened the door, which immediately put us in vacation mode. You can feel the care throughout the property. We had an exceptional stay and can’t wait to come back.

For years, the Palm Springs area has felt like a second home to me, a place to golf, relax and recharge. I used to work for Steve Oshita at Oshita Packing, and I even went to Coachella in its early days, when it was just starting to build a legacy. I got to meet Lauren Hill from fugees then. The area has grown a lot, but still has that calm, sun-soaked charm. I travel often as the owner of GonnaHappen, and The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs brings together hospitality, experience and inspiration. The villas are spacious and elegant, with thoughtful comfort for families, couples or solo travelers. Pools, golf courses and walking paths sit among beautiful desert views, and the atmosphere feels peaceful while still luxurious. The resort is beautifully designed and maintained. From arrival, its relaxing feel comes through, and the staff are kind, attentive and professional. It refreshes the mind and soul, and is a must-visit for anyone who loves the desert and world-class relaxation.

The staff were nice, and the room was clean, though it could use a little TLC. It’s definitely kid friendly. The pool music was way too loud. My husband and I had to yell to hear each other even sitting side by side in lounge chairs. The hot tub is tucked into an alcove by the pool slide in the main pool area. Downtown is pretty far, and we seemed to spend about 15 minutes driving to wherever we wanted to go.

We were in town for a convention and had an amazing time. The pool was so much fun, and bingo by the pool in the afternoons is worth checking out. Gabrielle at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating when we asked about adding another night.

We spent six nights here while golfing nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely renovated, with plenty of room for a longer stay. The staff were great, especially the pool bar bartender, who was fantastic. Parking was the one issue. You pay for it, but there are no assigned spaces, so when it’s busy you have to search for a spot.
