I've spent plenty of nights in hotels while traveling the highways, and this is a good one. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff does a great job maintaining it. Everyone we dealt with was nice, including the friendly front desk staff. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a suite, and the room itself was pretty nice. But the shower handle wouldn't move over to hot, so my husband ended up with a cold shower and I skipped mine. The heater also squealed whenever it kicked on. By the time we noticed, it was too late to switch rooms. We wanted a good night's sleep and didn't get one.

Madison, the manager, is AMAZING, and the welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back. The rooms are always clean, and the place is nicely decorated. Great water pressure, too, and the shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful and leave my hair feeling great. Breakfast is delicious. This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Wyoming, and I'd highly recommend it whenever you're looking for a place in Rawlins. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, too.

We got there at 2 a.m. and the overnight front desk gentleman already had our key ready. We had to leave by 7:30, and he made sure we were set to get on the road in time. Fantastic service, he's a real asset to the hotel.

As a diamond member, I found this stay very unsatisfactory. There was no breakfast because an employee hadn't shown up, and the other staff should have stepped in. One employee said making breakfast wasn't his job. The manager didn't seem concerned about customer service and walked right past me without addressing my concerns. We also found bugs in the room. Very poor experience, and we won't stay here again.
