Days Inn Rawlins

The complimentary breakfast was just Cheerios and a store-bought cup of peaches, and the peaches were expired by the time I got back to my room. The ice machine was broken, so I asked the front desk for ice and was told there wasn't any. She barely looked up. I ended up getting ice from the great hotel next door. The service was rude and lazy. The beds had tiny pillows, and when I asked for more, the woman refused to leave the desk to get them, even though I offered to go up myself. The TV remote could turn the TV on but couldn't change channels. They offered us another room, but its TV was broken too. The tubs had no traction at all. While I was bathing my baby, she slipped and hit her head. The place deserves a -2, not a positive rating. NEVER STAY IN THIS TERRIBLE EXCUSE OF A HOTEL!!!!!

If you're spending a day or two in Rawlins, this Days Inn is a good way to save money without giving up a decent night's sleep. It's close to the highway, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The basics were there, and the price was great.
