The breakfast was really good, and the bed was comfortable. We’d been snowed in with every hotel booked, so finding this welcoming B&B was a huge relief. The host was lovely. If I’m back in Rawlins, I’ll stay here again, storm or no storm.

We slept wonderfully in the Rose Room, with its pillow-top bed and fluffy down pillows and duvet. Breakfast was delicious too, especially the homemade syrup. The mansion looks grand from outside, but stepping in made us see how special it is: lovingly restored in Victorian style, with antiques all through the house. I especially liked the vintage clothes, hats, and gloves. We’ll definitely return. If you love history and are passing through Rawlins, I’d recommend spending a night here.

After one hotel after another, this B&B was such a welcome change. The home-cooked breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfy, and the house has so much history. I highly recommend it.

More than 15 years ago, a blizzard closed the whole highway and I ended up sleeping in this place’s lobby. They had no rooms left, but the innkeeper didn’t turn us away. She made room for people who had nowhere else to go and said we could pay whatever we thought was fair. I’m now a business consultant to many Fortune 500 companies, and I use that story in my training sessions. That’s how business should be done. Many thanks from the past, and kudos. So clean, welcoming, and comfortable. My husband and I had our first bed and breakfast stay here, and it'll be hard to top. 100% recommend!
