The rooms were clean, and for a one-night stop it might be worth staying, but you’ll need to double-check the hotel’s work at every step. I won’t return. I had to ask at check-in for my points to be credited. As a Diamond member, I also expect my preferences to at least be acknowledged. I’d asked for a top-floor room, but people above me kept me awake all night. Housekeeping banged on doors at 8 a.m., even though checkout was at 11. I shouldn’t be woken up whenever they decide. And I expect someone to ask about my stay so I can share my experience in person.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The food at breakfast was good, but the choices were pretty average and nothing special. The orange juice, though, had a strong chemical taste, like it had sat in a plastic container in summer heat. Breakfast was just okay.

The pool was so good I want to come back just to swim again. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was filling and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The front desk employees are awesome. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel looks new. Comfortable bed and pillows too.
