We came here from Pa. a couple of years ago and needed somewhere fast. Inwood got us in right away, and moving in was really easy. We only had two weeks to find a place, so we're grateful they gave us somewhere to live. This isn't a luxury apartment, but it's not bad and it serves its purpose. Most neighbors keep to themselves, which I prefer. Some people don't realize how much noise carries and stomp around, but management deals with it pretty quickly when you let them know. There may have been problems with management and maintenance in the past, but the people there now are great. Maintenance responds fast to issues and is really nice.

This is overpriced chaos, not luxury living. Packages got stolen so often that I had to get a PO Box, and management gave my contact information to a Verizon rep who called nonstop to sell me service. There's a weed smell as soon as you walk in, and my apartment shares a wall with smokers, so the smell is unbearable. They send fake warnings but take no action: balconies are used for storage, there's dog poop everywhere, and trash sits for weeks. The pool water was cloudy, and lifeguards closed early whenever they felt like it. One even flipped off a resident in front of his children when he asked why. Screening seems nonexistent, and the quality of residents has tanked. The door code was given to delivery drivers and random people. People with ankle monitors stroll in at all hours, and someone once knocked on doors past midnight on a week day asking for a phone charger. Management's actual response was, “A stranger to you is your neighbor’s loved one.” They also said residents can create temporary access codes, when in fact only management gives out the building access code. They don't care about privacy or safety. They also enter without notice, which is illegal in MA. I only knew they'd been in my apartment because they used my toilet and didn't clean up. The hot water has been broken since March 2024. After five “repairs,” it still wasn't fixed, and I gave up because they clearly had too. Management doesn't care. I moved into a dirty apartment after being promised a clean one and had to scrub the bathroom after a full day of moving. That's what I paid thousands for. This place charges “luxury” prices for a dump. I've got pictures to prove it.

While I was living here, my vehicle was towed twice. Maintenance also once left my apartment door open and unlocked all day while I was away, which destroyed my trust in management and resident security. Now I'm trying to relocate on PCS orders, and as an active-duty military member I've found the process needlessly difficult. Management has shown little flexibility or understanding. Their response seems more focused on squeezing out extra rent than helping a service member relocate responsibly, and communication has been cold, frustrating, and entirely driven by policy, with no effort to find a reasonable solution. The apartment may seem fine at first, but the way management handles serious situations says a lot. If you're military or care about professionalism, communication, and resident care, think twice before signing a lease here.

I lived here for a little over a year. The first few months were fine, but then cockroaches started showing up in the hallway and in my unit. It became unbearable. I asked neighbors who were moving, and they had the same problem. An expensive package was stolen, and management did nothing to help. I chose not to renew mainly because of the rodent issue, though there were other reasons too, and I put my decision in the app. Months after I moved out, they sent a letter saying they'd charge me three times my rent for not giving 60 day notice before my lease ended, even though I had. Watch out for that. They'll do their best to keep your security deposit, charge you for moving out at the end of your lease, and management won't help when you really need it. Save your money and rent somewhere else.
