WorldMark Eagle Crest

The resort is close to a golf course where deer roam, and there are some very nice hiking trails nearby. It takes about 8-10 minutes to get to town. Our room was okay, though some safety renovations were underway. With a family of four, we had to space out showers or the hot water would run out.

The resort itself is beautiful, but be careful with the sales offer. My husband and I spent a week at Eagle Crest Worldmark to visit family in the Bend area. At a sales presentation that lasted almost two hours, a delightful young man said we’d get our $299 RCI exchange fee refunded as a gift for attending. It’s been over three weeks and we’re still waiting. I’ve called many times for help and an update. I was hung up on three times, and when I finally reached a resort “Concierge,” they promised to call back. I still haven’t heard back or received the refund. We’ve traveled to many resorts over 30+ years and have never been treated so poorly. Think carefully before getting involved with this organization or putting your finances into it.

There are lots of fun amenities on-site and delicious restaurants nearby, with plenty of outdoor adventures close by too. The location is perfect. We had an amazing time at WorldMark Eagle Crest and will be back!

We had the worst experience of our three-month vacation here, mostly because of the internet. Our streaming device wouldn’t work, and the connection was so inconsistent and VERY slow that using our laptops was barely possible. The resort blamed it on too many people using the internet in our building. The resort wasn’t full, and if the connection couldn’t handle the guests, they need to upgrade the bandwidth, equipment, or provider. You can’t function without internet these days, and we won’t return because of this. The wristband keys also failed, even after several trips to the front desk for help. The separate card key for the pool area had the same problem and only worked on our last day. Other guests at the pool said they were having the same issue.
