The front desk and bar employees were extremely kind, but I wouldn't call this a hockey-friendly hotel. Meghan, who handles the hockey teams and their rooms, was difficult and unkind to work with. The conference room price kept changing: she first quoted $250, then $350, and finally settled on $500, supposedly to cover cleaning. We did clean up ourselves and put our garbage in bags. Some parents had booked suites so we could gather with alcohol, and we used a few of those bags to hold the alcohol. After we left, we were charged $333 in cleaning fees. Those charges were removed, then another $500 charge came through. The rooms were nice, but extremely hot, around 79 degrees. We complained, and the heat wasn't fixed until the last evening of our 3-night stay.

Anaisa mohab made our family trip wonderful. She was attentive, caring, and a delight to be around, and really went above and beyond to look after us. The rest of the staff at the westin were amazing too. I'd highly recommend booking here.

The room was large, clean, and had great bathroom lighting for makeup. We arrived just after check-in for a wedding and our room was already ready, which was great. We wanted a cocktail at the bar before heading out, but it didn't open until 5 on a Saturday, a little surprising. Still, it was a great one-night stay.

Great location and front office staff, but the bathroom wasn't acceptable. There were long dark hairs behind the bathroom door and on other parts of the floor, even though I have short gray hair. The shower was beyond disgusting, and I don't know how it passed inspection before a guest arrived. Westin used to be a premium hotel brand, but since the Marriott takeover the attention to detail and cleanliness just haven't been the same. The pictures speak for themselves.

I like the luxurious rooms and modern feel, and The Westin keeps up a high standard of service around the world. My issue is the $15 parking charge. This business and residential area is well organized, and finding convenient parking by the hotel isn't a problem. I'm not sure why the charge is enforced, but it feels unnecessary. As a frequent traveler, I'd rather have fewer extra fees so the daily parking bill is simpler to explain item by item.
