I booked two nights but stayed only one before moving to another hotel. The room smelled, the AC was broken and made a loud noise all night, and I didn’t sleep. There was a used condom wrapper and a beer cap on the floor. The hallways were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I didn’t expect a five-star hotel for the price, but this was just nasty. A bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone traveling. I’ll never stay again.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door handle was loose and barely working. I got stuck in there for nearly half an hour, waiting for my friend to come back from breakfast and let me out. Breakfast wasn’t impressive. On Saturday there were eggs, toast, sausage links, two cereals, juice, coffee, and waffles. On Sunday there were eggs but no meat, plus waffles, two cereals, and drinks. The location also isn’t great compared with the other hotels. It’s way out on the edge of town with no convenience store nearby.

Disrespectful, disgusting, and disappointing. We stayed one night and ended up covered in bed bug bites. I was the only one itching at first, and had no bumps yet, so I didn’t think much of it. Today everyone has bumps and is itching. When I called to tell them and ask what could be done, she said she didn’t believe me because we hadn’t complained that night or at checkout. At first she said that room had never had complaints. I pointed out that if it had happened in other rooms, the bugs could travel, and then she changed her claim to say they’d never had a complaint. I’ll never stay again.

I booked online, checked in, showered, and went to bed. About two hours later, I woke up feeling a bite on my hand. I jumped out of bed and saw a bed bug on my pillow, then quickly smashed it. I have photos to support this. I went straight to the front desk, got a refund, and left immediately. Thankfully I never put my belongings on the floor, or I could have lost everything. They have bed bugs.
