The bathroom drain had a strong mold smell that got worse each day, though I'm sure it's a simple fix. The hotel was very clean, and our suite's toxin free mattress was quite comfortable. We also liked being able to charge our Tesla there. Someone was available to cook our eggs however we asked. I'm not a fan of the Pam cooking spray or store bought bread, but I think I'm in the minority there. Everyone we met who worked there was friendly. For somewhere cheap, clean, and comfortable, this is a good choice for your next day in Richardson.

Traveling with children, it was great to have a small kitchenette in the room. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. This hotel was perfect in every way.

I'm still here for two more days, but I'm already very pleased. The location is excellent, the property is great, and my room is spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast and happy hour are complimentary, and the staff are super friendly.

The two-bedroom suite was great, and breakfast the next morning was really good. From check-in, the staff made me feel welcome and were friendly. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at. What stood out most was General Manager Janina. She followed up personally after my stay and was gracious when I shared feedback. She clearly cares about her team and the guest experience. You can tell the property is well led. I'll definitely stay here again.

I spent five nights here for work and would definitely return. The rooms are large, with wonderful kitchens, and the fridge was perfect for my healthy food. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful, and I loved the Fitness Center. The hotel feels new, clean, bright, and nice. The location is excellent, and the whole area is well lit for 5 am walks. Great staff.
