The bathroom was somehow the cleanest part of the place, and the front desk woman was nice. The rest of the room was awful. I got there around 9:15pm, and it echoed like crazy. The floor looked poorly finished, the sheets seemed old and had hair and little fuzz balls on them, and the blanket looked dirty, so I didn’t use it. I slept on the edge of the bed. I could hear the people upstairs until 2am, as if the walls were paper thin. I left a little after 5am for my flight. At checkout, the front desk woman barely acknowledged me and was flirting with the security guard instead of doing her job. I was relieved to find my vehicle’s wheels and windows all intact. It wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay again even for free. It makes me wonder about all Motel 6 locations. The heater/AC unit was junk too. I had to climb on a chair to turn it on and off, and it didn’t keep the temperature accurately.

I swept the room and cleaned it myself with supplies from the front desk. We arrived late in the evening, and my daughters were already asleep. The tubs, sinks, desks, floors, and toilet were filthy. There was no toilet paper, urine around the toilet seat, and sticky stuff on the floor. I took pictures and showed them to the very nice woman at the front desk. She said she’d call management, then called my room to say that since we’d been there more than 30 minutes, they could only move us. I declined because I was nearly done cleaning. The photos clearly show we couldn’t have made that mess in such a short time.

We chose this motel for a month-long work stay and are nearing the end with no regrets or complaints. The reviews we read beforehand made us skeptical, but we gave it a try and found the experience wonderful for our family. The staff are amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. They greet us every morning, often by name. Our rooms were updated and well kept, and the housekeeping team is the most dedicated we’ve seen. They often work beyond normal shift hours to make sure every room meets the same standard. The common spaces are pleasant and clean; the hallway carpets have been shampooed regularly and look almost new. Our kids have enjoyed their time here, and we’ve felt safe at night. From our room, we can see a huge park and soccer field, and there’s also a well-maintained pet park for guests with animals. We don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to share a more current picture of the improvements this motel has clearly made since many earlier reviews were posted, for anyone looking for a place in the area.

Our shoes stuck to the room floor, so we were afraid to take them off. We laid a towel by the beds to step onto before going to sleep, though the sheets surprisingly had no stains. The room was open when we got there, and the hallway smelled of smoke and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. When we told the front desk, the agent just said “okay” and didn’t seem to care. The hotel feels run down, dirty, and unpleasant. I was second in line at check-in, and while the agent served the customer ahead of me, a friendly housekeeper tried to chat with him. I wasn’t interested in hearing about his schedule while he was helping someone. The agent was attentive about the reservation, though. He said we’d booked a smoking room, but the reservation showed non-smoking under General, and he gave us a non-smoking room. The bathroom door’s front panel was coming off, the toilet was stained, and the shower looked moldy. We’d read reviews about people being moved to worse rooms, so we didn’t ask for another. We booked a double room for two people and got just one towel, which we used on the floor. At checkout, a friendly agent was vacuuming while someone else was at the counter. She stopped to answer a phone call, then noticed me and asked if I was checking out.
