Super 8 Richfield UT

I got more than my money’s worth. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was better than I expected. The breakfast area was very clean and thoughtfully set up. The night clerk was warm and welcoming, one of my best hotel check-ins. Some parts looked a little tired, and the showerhead and sink faucet leaked. They worked fine, but I worried about wasted water and possible damage. I’d gladly stay again or recommend it for either a quick stop or a longer stay.

Check-in was easy, and the whole room was clean and pleasant. The large new smart TV was a nice bonus. This is one of the nicest Super 8 hotels I’ve stayed at. Great experience, and I’ll definitely come back.

The staff in the lobby were extremely nice and knowledgeable, and they made us feel right at home. The beds were clean and comfortable, but they’re so high that older guests may need a stool to climb in. The rooms were clean, too, though there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The sink had no drain stopper, so don’t take off jewelry or drop a lid in there. I wanted to use the built-in hairdryer because it was below freezing outside, but its plug was cracked and falling apart. Great customer service, but those room issues need attention.

We made a last-minute booking while on a long drive, and I’d never stayed at a Super 8 before, though I’d been to several Wyndham-affiliated places. This turned out to be a godsend after heavy traffic, downpours, and then hail. The desk staff helped us right away, which was such a relief. For the price, the room was spacious, really clean, and comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was lovely. It’s not luxurious, but the location, price, and experience add up to a 10/10 for me. I’ll keep it in mind if I travel that way again.
