The rooms are kept really clean, and the owner is kind and generous. The amenities were all great too.

I really like staying at city motel. The people running it treat guests with dignity and respect, and the place feels very family oriented. My room has been super clean, though as an adult I don't expect anyone to tidy up after me like I'm a kid. The rooms are huge, and the price is surprisingly good compared with renting an apartment or house. I also feel the people and safety make it a better choice than other places in richmond, so I recommend it.

Staff are thorough and easy to reach whenever needed. For an affordable, budget friendly motel, this was a good stay.

I called the property last week and again this past Monday to check in today. I've been trying since 4am to reach someone there, but nobody has answered. I don't get how you can run a business and leave the phone unanswered.
