Comfort Inn

The employees were nice, but the room was dirty, with gross carpets and trash left behind by previous visitors. Since we were on the first floor, I found it odd that the curtains wouldn't close. Previous visitors had torn holes in them so they could be tied shut, and we used that workaround. The AC barely worked, making a summer night uncomfortable, and I hardly slept. None of the vending machines worked either. I wouldn't stay again. I get that you get what you pay for, but this place was gross.

The kids had a great time in the indoor pool, and the room, halls, and lobby were clean. The staff were friendly and very nice. Breakfast was the one letdown. There wasn't much, and something hot besides coffee would've been nice. Frozen breakfast sandwiches were there, but they didn't look appetizing. Still, it was a good stay.

The bathroom and bed were very clean, but the couch and coffee table weren't clean at all. The carpet had a wet spot, probably because the refrigerator had defrosted before I arrived. The staff were kind and hospitable, and the receptionist kept my car keys safe after I forgot them. The location was great, off the highway with restaurants and a grocery store close by.

The room was very large and clean for me and my two boys. We had a one king suite with a pullout sofa. The carpet could've used a better vacuum around the coffee table and desk, and the mirror still had spots, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We needed extra linens for the sofa bed, and the night clerk was more than helpful. The indoor pool stayed open until 11pm, and the fitness room needed a room key card to enter, with health and COVID restrictions clearly posted. Breakfast ran from 6am-9am in a small, quaint room off the lobby. The gentleman helping there was so helpful and personable, especially with my youngest being a picky eater. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful.
