The hotel looks nice, it's clean and convenient, but I wouldn't stay here again. Days after the stay, extra charges appeared, and customer service couldn't help. They transferred me to other people or sent me to Expedia, even though the charges were directly from the hotel. They couldn't give me a phone number or any contact person either. Terrible service, and the random fees weren't worth the headache. I would have been better off staying somewhere much cheaper.

We recommend the fourth floor for the best views and rooms. We've stayed here a few times over the past year, and it's consistently clean and professionally run. The front desk staff are always friendly and smiling. Thanks for the great service.

The rooms are average, and the beds are comfortable. I liked the location, with lots of restaurants and stores close enough to walk to. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The food was fantastic, especially the pork chop meal. Aj, the new chief, is great. The hotel is wonderful too, and the employees are great. The rooms are great as well.

The Marriott website wasn't working when I tried to book, so I called this location. A woman initially seemed happy to help me over the phone, but I heard another woman tell her to transfer me to “reservations.” That turned out to be an automated system that only texted me a link to the same broken website. I won't book here, and I'll think twice about Marriott in the future.
