Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Richmond West End by IHG

Krystal is that girl. The hospitality was awesome, and the room was really clean and smelled clean, too. The bed was a little firm, but those soft pillows were divine. Y’all should give Krystal a raise, and maybe give them chairs so they don’t have to stand all day. I’d totally book again. 10/10. Hope I spelled her name right since I said I’d leave a review.

Ms.diann was so amazing and always ready to help whenever you need her. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and smiling, and they were willing to do what they could, within reason, to keep guests comfortable. The food was awesome, and the hotel was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I thought Holiday Inn was a mid-range place like a Hampton Inn, where breakfast is free and there’s usually a buffet with choices. Here, they charge for breakfast, and the way it’s handled felt sneaky. They give you a small menu without prices. It took forever, and the food was very mediocre: only scrambled eggs as an option, with dry toast. Then came the $20 surprise. I’ll go an extra mile or two to stay at a Hampton next time I book, which will be today.

I was away for work for two weeks, and it felt like home from the first day. The staff, including the kitchen team, were welcoming, helpful, and so friendly. We kept the kitchen busy each morning, but they always had hot, delicious food ready right on time. When my stay got extended to three weeks, everyone adapted without missing a beat. The team stayed accommodating and professional the whole time. Thanks for making it such a comfortable, enjoyable stay!
