The community was peaceful and quiet, and it felt like a great place to relax and be at home during my Airbnb visit to the Residences at River Park West Apartments. Elvin was kind, professional, and attentive throughout the week. He communicated really well and helped us get access to the pool, which made the stay even better. I truly enjoyed being there and would recommend this welcoming, comfortable community.

He made sure the property viewing went seamlessly, and we felt supported from the start through the end of our application. His kindness and professionalism really stood out.

The front gate is finally working properly again, which has made things more convenient and secure. They've also filled potholes in several parts of the property, a long overdue improvement. I've lived at Residences at River Park West for a while, and the changes under the new management have been amazing. Eddie, the property manager, has made a noticeable difference, and he and his team are professional, responsive, and seem to care about residents and the community. I appreciate the progress and look forward to seeing what's next. I'd recommend calling this place home.

I had so many problems while living here that management got tired of dealing with me. The corporate manager, Carol, was very rude. I wish I could show the videos I recorded of our conversations. I can also show videos of rats and mold. I'm just grateful they let me out of my lease today. That's probably the best thing they did while I lived there. The fire department couldn't even get ahold of management. Another resident told me that Carol and the manager, who I think was named Amanda, were rude while the police and fire departments were trying to reach them. Management seems to change every two or three months. Move here at your own risk; it wasn't worth it.
