The front desk person was nice, and the room was very large with a huge hot tub. But the shower and hot tub water both smelled strongly of sulfur. For the shower, they provided only a bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo.

I like staying here when I want an affordable local hotel. The rooms are pretty nice for the price, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The stale smell hit as soon as I got inside. By the entrance, there was a bucket full of cigarette butts and a disheveled barefoot man sitting in a lounge chair. I checked in, saw the room, and turned right around to leave. Definitely a trashy place.

I had to cancel my trip at the last minute because of work, but couldn't reach anyone by phone and their voicemail was full. By the time my booking agent got through, the 72-hour no-refund period had started, and they charged me for the whole week. I eventually got the money back through my credit card's cancellation insurance. When I asked the hotel for paperwork, though, the staff got hostile and assumed I was trying to file a chargeback. Quite an experience.

The owners clearly take good care of the place. The lobby, hallways, rooms, and pool were clean, and the location worked well for activities nearby. I found the staff friendly and professional, and the owner was great too. They were welcoming and willing to accommodate requests. It felt safe and kid-friendly, and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!
