The front desk team gave fantastic service. I couldn't use the Denny's voucher because of my schedule, but it was a really exciting breakfast option.

The grounds and room were unsatisfactory, with maintenance problems throughout. I noticed issues with the TV, internet, AC unit, and cosmetics, along with unsafe sidewalks. The repetitive booking process also let me down and caused me stress.

We don't have a spare bedroom, so this was exactly what we wanted for our guest. He said he was really comfortable and slept great. We're very likely to use this hotel again.

The Denny's voucher was a nice touch. Instead of the usual stale continental options, we got an actual meal at the Dennys down the street. That's a great collaboration, though redeeming it wasn't great, but that's for another page. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the price felt a little high for what you get. The bed was horrible, incredibly loud and uncomfortable. Its aluminum or similar base echoed every creak and tiny movement around the room, making it very hard to rest. Google Maps showed $60-$80 for a room here, which would have been ideal. When I arrived, the woman quoted $103 after taxes. I asked if she could match the online price for this location, but she couldn't, or at least didn't seem interested in trying. She said I'd have to go through the third party for that price, and even then it wasn't guaranteed. I know matching isn't her fault, but honoring that price would have been good customer service. I remember hotels doing that. I was also left uneasy about my credit card security. The reader wasn't working, so she had to type in my number, which I understand. But a lot seemed to go wrong while she processed my stay. I wasn't given a receipt or asked for my email address, so I had to ask about it in the morning to make sure there was no foul play. The shower didn't look cleaned. I was only there for 12 hours, so it didn't affect much this time, but it made me wonder about the rest of the cleaning procedures.
