I was here in April 2014 on a Route 66 road trip. The hotel was a little worn, but I loved the signs, neon, and location. Sad to see it's no longer a hotel.

It looks great, but this isn't a hotel, it's an Airbnb. If nobody had been sitting outside for me to ask, I wouldn't have known.

The manager was very friendly and checked us in when we arrived around 9 pm. The dog was very healthy-looking and showed us some tricks. For the price, the room was okay, and the bed was very clean, though the room wasn't modern and the bathroom was old. The AC worked very well.

The room was clean, though a bit dated, and I slept well. No bedbugs, which was nice. The TV needs replacing. Check-in took a while: I rang the bell about ten times over fifteen minutes, and nobody came to the desk. I was nearly ready to leave when I finally called. The manager answered, and I eventually got checked in.
