Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ridgecrest - China Lake By Ihg

The workspace was comfortable and great for getting things done, and the rooms were very clean with spacious bathrooms. The property is brand new. WiFi worked, though it wasn't ideal. Breakfast was better than I expected, with higher quality, premium items, and it was nice to find toothbrushes and toiletries available. Easily the best place to stay in Ridgecrest.

It was packed, busier than I've ever seen it in all my stays here, but the two young men working the front desk and breakfast were awesome and kept on top of things. I wish I remembered their names. I feel like they deserve a raise! The heated pool, gym and breakfast are all reasons I'll definitely come back.

I’ve taken 40 flights this year and stayed in just as many hotels, and I don’t often leave reviews. When I do, it’s to thank the people who make being away from home easier. Jordan at this location did exactly that, taking the time to make our stay better and accommodating us with real professionalism and kindness. This trip was for reasons that weren’t ideal, so that warm welcome meant a lot. Thank you, Jordan.

The staff were horrible. I stayed three nights, and room service wasn't provided even once for guests staying more than one night. Staff acted clueless to avoid taking responsibility. This hotel is a garbage island, and guests are left to get their own towels and toiletries.
