Branson Cedars Resort

Little Bear is a two-story cabin with decks on both levels and a hot tub, and it allows pets, so we could bring our dog. It was fairly clean and decent for sleeping, but didn’t feel set up for relaxing with family in the living room or outside. The driveway slopes downhill and has little room to turn around if you have a larger vehicle. The deck looks out over a disc golf hole, a busy highway, and a Dollar General.

The cabin had a lot going for it: it was clean, new, spacious, and spread over two floors. Still, the noise from the guests above us made it hard to relax. We called the front desk, but were told quiet hours didn’t start until 10 PM and nothing could be done. The timeshare presentation also left a bad impression. The presenter wasn’t very helpful or clear, and the whole thing felt like pressure and bullying instead of a real conversation. The cabin had potential, but the stay fell short.

The cabins have plenty of room, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a gas grill on the deck. They’re nicely furnished, and the scenery outside is breathtaking.

We loved having our own cabin, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a hot tub. It was a million times better than a hotel. This is where we’ll stay for our summer vacation from now on.
