Circle Inn Motel

There was a lot I could have complained about a few months ago, but I've noticed real efforts to improve the place, which should help the guest experience. My latest stay was pleasant enough, unlike earlier visits that were very disappointing, even for the area's lowest-priced option. It seems they've replaced all the mattresses, which is a big plus. It's very affordable compared with other local motels, and it will do if you have to stay here. One tip: keep bags off the floor, and bringing fewer bags is probably wiser.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The first room they gave me was full of flies; the second was dirty and had no working AC. I asked for a refund, but they refused and offered another room instead. The rooms all seemed nasty and gross. If you want bed bugs or filthy rooms, this may be the place for you. Everyone else, don't waste your time.

This place was disgusting. I don't know why its ratings are so high on other sites; it doesn't deserve even one star. We stayed here for Beyond. The photos looked not too bad, but in person it was a different story: roaches, strange stains, missing lights, a broken door. It looked like a crack house. Never again!

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I had to book this place at the last minute for an event and reserved two nights. From outside the building looked decent, but my first room smelled of urine and wasn't clean. The front desk staff said she'd move me and make sure the next room was clean. It was worse: mold, cockroaches, blood stains, hygiene items left by a previous guest, and washed blankets with holes. I was there for 5 to 7 minutes before my face started swelling from an allergic reaction. My health is compromised, so I wasn't willing to stay in those conditions. I took photos and a video to show the front desk. They said there was nothing they could do and that I still had to pay for the night. I was charged $186.94 because I'd checked in and been on the property for 45 minutes. Fifteen minutes were spent checking in, and the other 30 trying to explain the condition of the second room. Please stay away. I wish I could attach the photos and videos to this review.
