Courtyard by Marriott Riverside UCR/Moreno Valley Area

I spent almost two weeks here, and the people were wonderful to work with. Ana, Jose, Maria, and Cat are the best. Anyone who gets to talk with them is lucky to have such a kind, helpful group.

Micah at the front desk gave me the kind of thoughtful, personal care that made a hard night easier. I called late after driving across state lines, having just heard that my aunt was receiving comfort care. Even when I felt shaken and defeated, Micah was steady, sincere, and considerate. She handled check-in smoothly and paid attention to what I needed, with real empathy rather than just going through the motions. I’ve stayed at countless Marriott properties, from Courtyard to The Ritz-Carlton, as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member. Micah’s professionalism and genuine concern stand out among the service I’ve experienced. Her warmth made the stay memorable, and she represents what hospitality should feel like. I hope leadership recognizes her attitude and supports her if she wants to move up. Thank you, Micah, Courtyard, and Marriott, for the kindness and human touch.

On the second night, I stopped by the bistro for a glass of wine, where Stephanie and Kyla were working. They were lovely to talk with, made sure I and the other guests had what we needed, and helped me have one of the most relaxing, laugh-filled evenings I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for the hospitality. I’d arrived at midnight the night before, and the front desk got me to my room quickly so I could get as much sleep as possible.

We were in town for a work event at UCR and had a great stay at the Courtyard Riverside. After a long day, we went to the Bistro for a drink, and staff offered to keep the pool open an extra hour so we could relax outside. Earlier, the front desk had kindly arranged an early check-in and kept the packages that arrived before we did. They even helped us move the large, heavy boxes, which we hadn’t expected. Everyone was considerate and went out of their way. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Riverside or traveling to UCR.
