The guard blocking the driveway after 10 pm makes the place feel uncomfortable, and they tow cars, making things harder for guests. It’s sad to see how far La Sierra has gone downhill over the decades, with Motel 6 going along with it. The rooms still haven’t been remodeled, and the staff seem to change from one month to the next. They won’t let you have visitors even when you’ve paid for a room. It feels run like a rehabilitation institute instead of a hotel. Absurd for a hospitality business.

The beds were good, and the place was clean and bright. We finally found a hotel where we felt safe. If I need to stay in Riverside again, I’ll come back here.

My room wasn’t cleaned at all during the two days I rented it, so now I have to use the same towels again. When I asked the American woman at reception for my key back, she was very rude. I’m really disappointed with the service and don’t know what’s wrong with the staff.
