A great spot if you have a boat or want to stay on the water. There’s fuel, free docking, good fishing, and four places to eat within less than a two minute walk. You’ve also got boating, dolphin tours, parasailing, and fishing close by, plus a great bar and restaurant with an awesome view and decks for dining inside or out. The staff at stripers and the marina/ship store folks were friendly and helpful. It’s a prime location, with what you need close by or on site. There are several unit layouts, and the place is quiet, safe, and well kept.

We spent a week in one of the condos. It was spacious and nice for two people, with a beautiful bay view and reasonable amenities. But on arrival, the cleaning was poor: dried food on the floor, crumbs and hair on the couch, hair in the shower and tub, toothpaste and razor hair on the sink, and worst of all, sand in the bed. Tabitha at the desk offered to send someone to clean, which I appreciated, but this should have been taken care of before we checked in. There were cobwebs all over the patio and in its corners, inside and out. The cleaners told me that wasn’t their responsibility, so they were left there.
