The location is great and the staff were pretty friendly. Upkeep felt bare, though. There was hair across the floors and carpet, which looked dirty, and I found hair in the tub and on the shower items too. The tables didn’t look clean either. Since I was only there briefly, I didn’t make a big deal of it.

Donna made booking my room easy and stress-free. She answered all my questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She was professional, patient, genuinely helpful, and so kind, with great attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you, Donna! Breanna was great at check-in too.

Robert at the front desk gave my dog treats, which was a nice touch. The four-story hotel looks lovely and recently updated. My room had a microwave and fridge, plus a big desk that was great for working. The business center was a little questionable, since it was in the hallway. We had a double queen room with just three towels. That’s what it is, but I think it’s worth mentioning if you have four people. The hotel is right off I-81, which worked well for our trip home.

We make this our regular stop on yearly drives from GA to northern NY State to see family. It’s dog friendly, clean, easy to reach off I-81, and has a great staff. The layout works well too, with stairs at both ends and keyed access for getting to your vehicle quickly without using the main entrance. Love this place!
