The rooms and lobby were clean, and the standard hotel breakfast was done well. It’s easy to get on and off the highway and close to the airport. I did notice the elevator had a space for its Certificate of Operation, but nothing posted there. Public elevators are supposed to be inspected at least every 12 months, with the certificate displayed. I hope it was inspected and they just forgot to post the notice. That looked lazy.

The free breakfast was a real plus, with hot food and enough variety for different tastes. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, and the staff were friendly and professional, from check-in through the stay. The recent renovations give the place a fresh, modern look, and the design feels polished for the price. For business, medical visits, or leisure, it covers what travelers need. I’d recommend Comfort Inn Rochester MN Airport South for its value in Rochester.

This is my new favorite hotel chain. It’s clean and affordable, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Parking and continental breakfast are free. I stick to the fruit, though, and the coffee could use an upgrade.

The rooms look wonderful, and the breakfast was fresh. Staff at the entrance were great too. There’s a microwave, fridge, sink, TV, closet, desk with a nice chair, cushioned bench, and a footrest that can be used as a chair or coffee table. The bathroom is beautiful, and the pool is warm. The couch feels hard, but it turns into a soft bed.

The shuttle to Mayo was great, and the hotel has had some recent upgrades. Everyone was very nice. I’m definitely coming back, and I even joined the points program to make future stays easier.
