I wouldn’t book here again. I’d have picked one of the nearby hotels if I’d known the fitness room wasn’t usable: the two treadmills and the bike weren’t plugged in, and the ceiling was too low to run on the treadmills anyway. I was also charged twice. I’d paid in full through my credit card travel portal, then got charged again at checkout. After I called, it took three business days for the extra charge to be reversed. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

We had a good stay and will definitely come back. The price was fair, the rooms were great, and the people were nice. It looked new to us, and felt worth every penny.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the evening front desk staff were friendly and attentive. They kept the food and drink bar stocked, too. I’d recommend staying here. It’s newly renovated and right by the highway, with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Wegmans, and other places nearby. I’d read complaints about the small shower, but it worked fine for my family and me. A regular tub with a shower would actually be shorter and smaller.

I booked late at the last minute and was really happy with how it went. Check-in was easy, and the front desk was very helpful. The room felt completely new, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting around it was a great touch. Everything was clean to my high standards as a clean freak. I’ll stay here again next time I need a place in Rochester.
