The full kitchen, dishes, sofas, and washer and dryer make this a well-equipped place in the city, and I would recommend staying here. The price is pretty steep, though, and cleaning could have been better. The floors were dirty on the first day, so I mopped several times before they started looking brighter. Also, the walls are thin. If someone's above you, you can hear footsteps and tables moving.

When we need to go to Mayo, we don't even look for another place. It's right next to the clinic, and grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and other shops are handy too. The rooms have everything we need for an apartment stay, including a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and your own laundry. Having that space instead of one big room works well for everyone. It's not a luxury experience, and the rooms show their age and flaws, but the essentials are there and the bottom-line price is under $100 a night. The rooms are always clean.

We like how convenient it is to stay here, but no one told us the shuttle wasn't available. The letter on the table in our room said it was still running. Please put an updated notice there. We had to drive ourselves and hadn't allowed extra time, so we almost missed our Mayo Clinic appointment.
