The housekeeping was so sweet. They left my boyfriend's gift, a teddy bear, neatly arranged on the bed when they cleaned our room. The room itself was cute, and I loved the furniture. Everything was really clean, and the older building was especially quiet. Staff were helpful, too. Breakfast could've had more choices, but it was free and still delicious. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

Aaron was very helpful and found me a decent room after two bad ones. The first was dirty, with an unmade bed and trash everywhere. The second smelled like sewage. Breakfast was a mess too. The continental food had run out, and the coffee machine was broken. Staff said more food would be ready in 10 minutes, but I waited over half an hour and had to leave and buy breakfast for my family. Wouldn't recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay here a few weeks ago. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having several outlets for charging my devices. Breakfast tasted great and came with several kinds of juice.

The night clerk was very nice and check-in was easy. The property is in a great area, and the room was clean, nice, and quiet. Things seemed fine until I asked the noon front desk clerk the next day to exchange our towels for clean ones. She acted as if I were committing a crime and seemed annoyed that I interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. She asked why I needed more when two towels should be enough. I explained that I had children who needed to shower too and that we'd be there several days, but she kept questioning and humiliating me at the counter. I've never felt so bad at a hotel. I had five more days booked but switched hotels because I felt unwelcome. We were supposed to come back in December, but I think I'll stay clear of this place.
