The location was hard to beat, close to the beach, fairgrounds, and a tiny gas station. Our room was clean and comfortable, the beds were fine, and the shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. The hotel is quiet, too. The place has clearly been remodeled over the years, but some bathroom and room hardware is badly rusted and needs replacing. The pool needs renovation and its shallow end is 4’, so it isn’t kid friendly. Breakfast was pretty limited, with waffles, cereal, and only small amounts of fruit. The A/C kept swinging between cold and hot overnight, which made sleeping difficult. I’d bring a personal fan. It worked for a short stay, though it could use some work.

We had a roomy second-floor room with a clean, comfortable king bed. The tile floor was a plus for our allergies, and the shower had strong water pressure. The staff were friendly and respectful. I’d recommend staying here.

The water view was a nice bonus, and the price and location were great. My husband and I had a good stay at the Days Inn, and the staff were sweet and helpful whenever we needed anything, from the moment we arrived. Just keep in mind the breakfast is adequate, but it isn’t a full continental spread. We’d definitely stay again.

Days Inn Rockport came through when I was left stranded. I had a reservation at the harbour place, but they wouldn’t check me in at 11:30 PM, turned off their phone, and stopped answering. Around 1215 I crossed the road to Days Inn and a lively, kind young lady was awake and ready to help. She checked me in, and I got four nights in a very comfortable bed. The shower water was very hot, the hotel was central, well cared for, and well priced. Thanks, yall are awesome!

We had a lovely water view from our clean, comfortable room, and the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious, a great way to wrap up our stay.
