Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Rosa Rohnert Park

My girlfriend and I brought our dog here on 2/21 and had a good stay. Abigail at the front desk was sweet, welcoming, and helpful getting us checked in and settled. The complimentary breakfast was solid, and the person working that day kept everything stocked, organized, and clean. The room would be a 4/5 because the thermostat didn’t work, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature and it stayed warm. Aside from that, everything was great. I’d stay again if we’re back in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of good quality choices. The well-trained staff were professional, welcoming, and great to interact with. Graton Casino Rohnert Park is a five-minute drive away, and Costco with a gas station is directly across the street. I’d highly recommend it. Another excellent Marriott brand.

I’m a lifetime Titanium member and have stayed at many Marriott properties in the USA and around the world, for better and worse. Most have been enjoyable, which is why we keep seeking out Marriott. I also make a point of recognizing great experiences and people, and offering constructive feedback when needed. At this Fairfield in Santa Rosa Rohnert Park, I have nothing but kudos and no constructive feedback to give. From booking through departure, the hotel and team were the best. I met many team members, and their pride, commitment to exceeding expectations, and readiness to engage with and support guests were stellar. The room was very clean, and the breakfast area was always well stocked, fresh, and impeccably clean. Staff seemed to be smiling and proactive all the time. We look forward to returning.

I want to give Linda a huge shout out. She didn’t check me in, but I wish she had. My coworker and I were working in the lobby while staying here, and I watched her check in guest after guest with a smile, making each person feel special. She knows a lot and understands people. After years of work travel, I haven’t experienced that level of customer service, even as a Titanium member, and wanted to recognize her. Thank you for the smile, Linda. The hotel is close to my job site, the rooms are great, and it’s still fairly new, about four years old.
