Don't stay here. The rooms were dirty and had roaches, the toilet was dirty, and the AC didn't work. I'll be calling the health department. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

The third-floor room had bugs, so we didn't stay. We had two rooms, and when we told the woman at the desk, she kept repeating, “we have no bugs.” I said we'd seen some and asked her to come look, but she kept denying it. When we tried to show her video, she ran away. The front desk lady had been nice at first, but the room also smelled terrible, the bath was unclean, and the fridge didn't work. Don't go here. I'd give negative stars if I could.

The rooms were really dirty, and there was nowhere to hang towels. I always make sure the room is clean when I leave, so when I mentioned to the housekeeper that there shouldn't be much to do, she looked at the room and said there was because pets had been in it. The bedspreads smelled worse than my dogs.

The staff have always been nice, but they've been rude on the phone and wouldn't help me get anything back after I accidentally left it in the room and returned the key card. I've stayed twice, hoping it would improve, and it's only gotten worse. The rooms are disgusting and smell awful, and it's always very hot. On my first visit, the TV and mini fridge didn't work. Both tubs and showers were brown or black with dirt and hair. In the last room, there was dried blood all over, including on one bed's unwashed sheets.
