Baymont by Wyndham Roseburg

The staff were the main reason we enjoyed our stay. They’re nice people, and they’re usually around during breakfast, which is served from 6-9am. Parking is generous, with a covered section that should be useful in winter. It’s also convenient for downtown. The drawback is that every room is up a short flight of stairs, with no elevator. Whether we can manage those stairs will be the deciding factor if we return. Recommended.

We stopped for one night while passing through Roseburg and felt safe in our clean room. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, and the owner was kind and helpful in the morning. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cereal.

Charles made our stay comfortable and pleasant. He was friendly in a way that felt genuine, and his customer service put everywhere I’ve stayed before The Baymont to shame. He really went out of his way, and I hope management recognizes how professional, welcoming, and hardworking he is. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the bathroom had towels, TP, Dove shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. They also offer coffee and breakfast in the morning. This place was perfect for us. I’ll be back and will recommend the Baymont to everyone I know. Thank you, Charles!
