We were in town for surgery at the local hospital and had to book a room at the last minute. The reviews and photos seemed fine, but getting settled was awful. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and had what looked like bodily-fluid smears on the walls. In the next, the sheets had period blood on them. A third hadn't been cleaned, with drywall dust piled on the bathroom counter. We gave up on switching again and tried to make do. The staff member who moved us was nice, though no one else seemed to be staying on our floor, which felt odd. Other guests in the lobby were also complaining about room cleanliness. The pool and hot tub were closed, and after seeing the rooms I wouldn't have trusted them anyway. On the second night, a different hotel worker who seemed clearly intoxicated knocked and asked why we were in that room. Maybe the person who moved us hadn't updated the system. She called the room after leaving, and I still don't know why. The extra towels I requested were stained and so threadbare they were almost see-through. The experience was so strange I forgot to take pictures. I've worked at a hotel and stayed in run-down places, but this was the worst I've experienced.

The only reason I gave it two stars was that it was close to my home, which was being renovated. I stayed for three nights in May 2026. It's in an industrial area, and most guests seemed to be contracted workers. I wouldn't bring children here. I paid ahead, but was asked for a $100 deposit at check-in, and the room I'd booked was already occupied, so they moved me. Every day, the floor smelled overwhelmingly of weed when I got off the elevator. I had little contact with staff, but they seemed confused. Internet and cable kept cutting in and out, which tells you how the stay went.

We arrived around 10 PM after a long, emotional day at a funeral, hoping for somewhere clean and safe to sleep. Instead, the first room had what looked like blood on the curtains and ceiling. It was shocking, almost like a crime scene. The desk employee was kind and tried to help, but he already knew about the ceiling stain. We checked about five rooms. Every one had visible blood or was dirty and unsanitary. In the second room, what looked like blood was on the towels, pillows, and floor. This clearly wasn't just one bad room. The whole ordeal left us distressed and with no trust in the hotel's hygiene or safety. We had to scramble to find another hotel late at night, which was a major inconvenience. Cleanliness is the bare minimum, and this place failed completely. We're seeking a full refund and appropriate compensation. Think twice before booking.

I've stayed in plenty of hotels at home and abroad, and this was the worst. I needed somewhere temporary while repairs were done at my house and ended up here. The manager, "Deepa," was rude and unprofessional. She gave me one rate, then changed it the next day, saying she'd changed her mind because I hadn't stayed long enough. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the wifi didn't work. The walls were so thin that constant noise and loud banging from the floor above kept me calling the desk repeatedly in one day. I eventually asked to move floors. I stayed more than one night because my original reservation had been paid in full when I booked. This hotel is poorly run, and the manager lacks training, professionalism, and basic decency. I rarely write reviews, but felt I had to warn people.
