We paid about $500 for five days, but on the fourth day, around 10:00 p.m., our room was suddenly locked. They said we had to pay, and we explained that we still had one day left. They disagreed and said we owed for the night, or at least half of it. We couldn't stay that night, so we asked to get our things and leave, but they wouldn't let us until we paid. I didn't want to be disrespectful. I suggested calling the cops, but my friends didn't want to argue or escalate things. In the end, they paid for half the night. Then staff had the nerve to ask us to clean the room. We slept in a Target parking lot. The room itself was so stained that my friends and I bought new sheets for the bed and pillows. It was gross enough that we sprayed the place with bug spray and Febreze. One friend asked me to turn the shower curtain around because everything was so dirty, and then started worrying about bed bugs. We felt completely scammed.

I was traveling to start a new job, so having somewhere peaceful to stay during a busy, uncertain time meant a lot. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, just what I needed. The staff treated me with warmth and respect, and I appreciated their care and professionalism. A simple place to rest can make a big difference. Thank you to everyone at the Valley Inn for your kindness and for making the stay so welcoming.

The area felt safe, and the staff seemed nice. The bed was clean, thank God, but the towels were dirty, there were bugs in the room, and the shower was dirty too :( If you're a tough cookie who can deal with roaches, the price is hard to beat.

I visited a friend here, and the handicap room was very roomy. They need more bars on the property to help people with disabilities keep their balance when walking with a cane.

It's a dirty hotel. The TV doesn't work, and it's definitely not kid friendly.
